5. Former Rep. Fred Richmond. This New York Democrat was arrested in 1978 for soliciting sex from a 16-year-old.
4. Former Rep. John Young. The late Texas Democrat increased the salary of a staffer after she gave in to his sexual advances.
3. Former Rep. Wayne Hays. The late Ohio Democrat hired an unqualified secretary reportedly for sexual acts.
2. Former Rep. Gerry Studds. He was censured for sexual relationship with underage male page in 1983.
1. Former Rep. Mel Reynolds. The Illinois Democrat was convicted of 12 counts of sexual assault with a 16-year-old.

No one should get away with sex crimes.

And people… Mark Foley didnt commit a sex crime. It is not a crime to text message or email someone that is 18 or over.
It was inappropriate but it wasnt a crime. people sure do like to use that Foley tag all the time.
