I am feeding him a supplement to boost his immune system. I read somewhere that I should also be feeding him alfalfa hay. He gets T & A now, but should I switch to straight alfalfa or just a T & A with a higher alfalfa content?
My horse has already completed Marquis treatment. I just want to help rebuild his immune system (which becomes weakened and depleted from the medication) in order to prevent relapse and keep him "fighting" this terrible sickness.

I would highly recommend you consult your vet about this. It’s the the best information and safety your going to get, and not by guessing on what you think is best or others. Best of luck
